DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!! Managment openly lies to your face. Will not solve problems and doesn't care if you call customer service because all they do with complaints is forward them back to the managment of the hotel. So nothing is ever done. This hotel messed up all of my xmas plans and could care less.
